A little about us
My journey into homeschooling is ever-evolving, filled with trial and error, but also with beautiful, enriching moments.
In fact, just a few years ago, you could have found me, overwhelmed, juggling the endless demands of homeschooling in our Connecticut home. Like many parents, I felt the pressure of trying to balance education, faith, and everyday life, constantly searching for ways to make learning meaningful and integrated with our Islamic values.
With three kids full of curiosity and energy, I knew there had to be a better way to teach them. A way that didn’t separate the study of nature, science, and emotions from our Islamic identity. I wanted them to see the beauty of Allah’s creation in everything they learned.
So, I took a leap of faith. I started creating my own resources – ones that were fun, wonder-filled, and seamlessly wove Islamic teachings into every subject. Little did I know, this small venture would grow into Little and Deen, a place where learning is an adventure, and every lesson is an opportunity to connect with our faith.
Today, you can find me and my kids exploring the great outdoors, conducting science experiments, and the wonders of Allah’s creation, all while keeping our hearts connected to our Deen. At Little and Deen, we’re on a mission to turn everyday moments into extraordinary learning experiences.
Join us on this incredible journey. Let’s create a world where our children can learn with wonder and stay deeply connected to their Islamic identity. Together, we can make learning meaningful and joyful.

Wonder.Learn. Grow.
